My background
Before training as a therapist, I worked in education as a secondary school teacher for over 20 years. At the heart of my practice our relationship is key, and the style and pace of how we work will be guided by you.
I draw from a range of theories and approaches, which enables us to work with what feels right for you. I offer compassionate counselling for young people and adults.
