    Autumn

    A time of change and transition


    I love the changes in the colour of the leaves, the chance to wear cosy jumpers and layers but I also miss the longer days and light.

    For many, the season can signal a shift in mood, a retreating, an isolation. The reduction in light and colder temperatures, can lead us to being indoors more and the connection with others may be lost.


    Try to keep practising healthy habits -


    Spending time outside when you can

    Staying active, even for short periods

    Creating a routine for yourself

    Introduce new hobbies or interests

    Practicing self care - making time for yourself (and yes, Netflix does count)

    Eating a healthy diet

    Stay connected to friends, family and neighbours


    And if you are struggling, reach out for support.
