Clients often seek answers or an 'end point' in therapy. And I wonder whether society's drive for its participants to succeed and achieve goals, has conditioned us to strive for a conclusion or resolution.
Thinking about the fluctuating patterns of our interactions with others, situations and events, may offer clients a slightly unfinished, a bit scruffy round the edges, work in progress acceptance of 'this feels ok for where I am right now'.
