    With daylight hours shortening, the time spent outdoors feels even more precious. I love the elongated shadows created by the lower sun position.

    Experiencing even a small green space, can help improve my mood and makes me feel more connected.

    Collecting conkers, leaves and feathers, or taking photos is a way of reconnecting with the feelings of space and calmness.
